Another layout of precious Violet who passed away in December 2010. Violet loved Valentine's Day, so I will be creating layouts during the month of February in her memory. The title of this layout came from George Strait's song, " It Not the Breath You Take." This was one of the songs on Violet's video played at her funeral. Whenever I hear this song it makes me reminsce back on Violet's short life. This song makes me sad, happy, smile and cry, I just become overwhelmed with emotion. There is always one line of this song that pulls on my heart whenever I hear the song and it is, "Just like it took my breath when she was born. Just like it took my breath away when dad took his last that morn." Wow, how powerful...it just tears me apart...Violet's mother was there for her first breath and held her in her arms on the day she was born. Violet's mother was also there holding Violet in her arms when she took her last breath on the morning she died...I am crying. Life is so short.. Life’s not the breaths you take but the moments that take your breath away.....
